Seasonal in-studio week long detox retreats will run near the start of each fresh season to help your body get in sync to the natural changes each season brings.
The seasonal weeks will comprise of early morning yoga classes, breakfast to takeaway, a pack of food essentials to help your body detox, along with recipes, advice and nurturing support.
Weekend retreats will be run within the studio as 1-day retreats and away at beautiful locations up and down the coast for 2-3 days. Keep an eye on the events page for dates to come soon.
