Kids yoga is so much more than just songs, games and animal poses.

 

We will teach your kids about their bodies and minds. They’ll learn about how their systems and organs function, how to strength & lengthen their muscles, tools to breathe deeply and rest completely, and how to calm down in times of stress, fear and anxiety. They will then have this knowledge for life, the tools from their yoga practice can be used daily.

Yoga practice in kids has been seen to boost confidence and self-esteem, and helps kids to understand their emotions and feelings and how to be ok with them. As well as compliment all their sports and activities by boosting energy, increasing strength and flexibility.
